We don’t stop at installation. Scheduled visits and ongoing scent consultation are part of the service, so you can keep using it with confidence.
Essential oils are consumables. Left alone, the scent fades and the atmosphere you built is lost. Our staff visit regularly to refill oil, check the unit and carry out maintenance on your behalf.
At each visit we also take requests — ‘we’ve been hearing this a lot lately’, ‘we’d like a different impression for the season’ — and can propose a change of oil on the spot. Before you commit, we also arrange a scent trial so there is no mismatch with what you imagined.

We operate several locations, and we wanted the scent of our showrooms to be one consistent brand experience, so we consulted LUXURY SCENT. Their representative took the time to ask about the atmosphere of each location and the impression we wanted customers to come away with, and everything from the scent proposal to installing the equipment went remarkably smoothly. Because this is specialist equipment we were uneasy at first, but the support was solid, from testing the scents before installation to regular maintenance visits at each location, so we felt comfortable leaving it in their hands, and the rollout to all of our locations is now complete. What pleased us even more was that they agreed to supply us wholesale with their car diffuser for individual customers. We can now offer it as a new-car option to customers who have signed with us, so it goes beyond scenting the showroom and has opened up a new sales opportunity. How long does it take to get started?
From application to installation, you can typically be up and running in one to two weeks. The exact timeline depends on the scale of the space and your requirements, so please feel free to ask.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The minimum contract period is one year. A two-week free trial comes first, so you can judge the scent and how the unit works before committing.
Can the scent be changed later?
Yes. Tell us whenever you like and we will propose a different scent.
Is any construction work required?
Generally no. We offer a wide range of units — from ones that simply plug into an outlet to battery-powered models — so you can use them without damaging your interior.
